HOW TO TREAT AND CARE FOR YOUR ITEMS?

Earrings are handmade with polymer clay. This means that they are somewhat flexible and very lightweight. Please avoid swimming, showering, and sleeping in your earrings. Avoid using chemicals, solvents, perfume, jewelry cleaners, or any areosol products near the earrings.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM EARRINGS?

At the moment Kayandcocrafts will not be taking any custom orders. 

WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO CLEAN MY EARRINGS?

To clean, simply use a soft, damp cloth or wipe to remove any makeup or facial oil. If you have a particularly difficult stain, gently rub a cotton swab dipped in alcohol over the area to remove the stain. When properly cared for, your jewelry should last for a long time. Store in a cool and dry place.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Everything You Need to Know

We do not accept exchanges or returns on earrings. If your earrings arrive damaged or break within one week of purchase we will replace them (depending on the style of the earring) or we will refund you the price of the earrings. To start a return on damaged item, please contact kayandcocrafts@gmail.com. If your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted. As tempting as it may be to bend your earrings to see the flexibility, PLEASE DON’T! They can become weak and break.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How We Ship

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing. According to USPS, it may take up to 20 business days before being able to file a claim for a lost package. Please wait the full time before reaching out about a lost package. Shipping times vary due to COVID, so please prepare for that when ordering. If the package is returned to the sender or needs to be re-shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
